Hi, I’m Kylie — founder of KYA HR Ltd and a People leader with over two decades of experience helping organisations support, develop and understand their people. I’ve worked across generalist HR, organisational effectiveness, people analytics and large-scale change, partnering with leaders and teams in both global and UK-based organisations.
What matters most to me is creating workplaces where people feel valued, supported and connected to a purpose they believe in. I bring a calm, thoughtful and practical approach to every organisation I work with, combining strategic insight with hands-on experience across HR systems, processes and culture.
